IGNORANCE - An Unspoken Trait of SUCCESFUL ENTREPRENEURS...

  1. There are a few sites listing customer reviews which can be used as a reference.  However, please bear in mind that these reviews can be tainted and since the quality of VoIP service is affected by other factors (e.g. quality of broadband connection), it is not uncommon to find both good and bad reviews for the same company.  If in doubt, you can always call the VoIP companies to express your concern and ask for clarification.

  2. Attitude is your ability to access your skill. If you’re not on top of your game, you won’t make many sales. We all know that, yet many salespeople don’t fire on all cylinders when they need to. Try measuring your attitude on a scale of 1 to 10 and concentrate on ensuring that you are on top of your game for all important sales  tasks such as prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations

  3. Many business leaders think that customer service and sales are actually different departments and have no relationship - in reality the sales and service should never be seen as separate issues - customer service is about understanding the customer's needs, and sales is about selling products that meet those needs. When you link the two processes in a closer way, you will find the business benefits from happier customers and increased sales as the sales team can be selling products to suit the customers..

  4. One of the best reasons to hire a real estate agent is that the sellers are likely to use their own agent and you want to keep that agent from taking over the process. In fact, the seller's agent may pressure you to let him or her represent both of you, in a "dual agency" relationship that primarily benefits the seller.

  5. Know how to help a business turn a profit? If you have a good business sense, then you'll do well as a business consultant. After computer consulting, people in this field are the next most sought after.

  6. A good bookkeeper will keep your books clean and make it easy for you to review and query the entries; a bad bookkeeper will leave your books in shambles and run away at the first sign of an independent audit. So it's no use hiring a bookkeeper you can't trust.
